SITE VISIT
ST. PIERRE SUBDIVISION – GREAT COUNTY ROAD
AUGUST 12, 2004
Members Present: Robert Frizzell – Chair; Sharon Francis – Vice-Chair; Steven Neill – Ex-Officio, Gail Fellows, Fred Poisson
Staff Present: David Edkins – Planning & Zoning Administrator
Others Present: Representing the Applicant – Victor St. Pierre
SITE VISIT – Board Chairman Robert Frizzell called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM at the intersection of Great Country Road and the proposed subdivision road, King’s Lane. Victor St. Pierre led those present on a tour of the property, pointing out the layout of the proposed subdivision road and cul-de-sac, proposed lot lines, surrounding properties and the access route to his adjacent property. He noted that the existing power line crossing the property would be reconstructed underground. He also pointed out that section of the existing Class VI Great Country Road that has a 33 foot right-of-way.
There being no other business, Mr. Frizzell adjourned the meeting upon completion of the site visit at 6:40 PM.
